Hi, I’m Shandra Carr, the face behind Truly Scrumptious Sweets! Baking has always been a passion of mine, and for years, friends and family encouraged me to sell my cookies. The final push came when a friend sent cookie boxes to my house, giving me everything I needed to start delivering treats.

Baking brings me joy and a sense of accomplishment, and I love creating homemade sweets—including my own homemade vanilla. I’m also a proud mom of four—three boys and our youngest, a little girl.

My family moved to Lyons, Nebraska, in October of 2017, and we have been incredibly blessed by our town and the support of our amazing community. Thank you for being part of my baking journey!
